S-wipe Privacy Policy

What the app accesses

• With your permission, S-wipe reads photos and videos available through your Photos library access level.
• S-wipe may also read metadata already attached to those items, such as date, time, favorite state, and location if that metadata exists in your library.

How the app uses that data

• To show your library as swipeable cards.
• To filter, search, favorite, share, and queue items for deletion.
• To remember your review progress and improve search speed with an on-device index.

What we do not collect

• S-wipe does not send your photos, metadata, review history, or search index to developer-owned servers.
• S-wipe does not use analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, or tracking technologies in the current build.

Local storage and retention

• Review progress, deletion queue, and search index data are stored only inside the app sandbox on your device.
• Deleting the app removes that locally stored app data.
• Photo deletions and favorite changes are applied to your Photos library only after you confirm the system action.

Sharing

• If you tap the share button, iOS presents the system share sheet and sends the selected item only to the app or service you choose.
• Once you share to another app or service, that destination handles the data under its own privacy practices.

Your choices

• You can revoke or limit Photos access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > S-wipe.
• You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
• Deleted library items can usually be restored from Photos > Recently Deleted, subject to Apple Photos behavior.
